The trade-offs: dollars only, annual billing only, SSO gated to Enterprise, and a Trustpilot 3.2 on 362 reviews.

KeeperThe compliance-heavy US option with a UK price list: Business Starter at £2.00 a user, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 and FIPS 140-3, passkeys that unlock the vault, a TOTP authenticator, a Commander CLI, Terraform providers and a vendor-built MCP server, 24/7 phone support and an EU data region. The catches: SSO and SCIM are Enterprise-only at £5.00, reporting and secrets are paid add-ons at every tier, there is no free plan and no monthly billing, and the company once sued a journalist over a vulnerability report.

NordPassNord Security's password manager, priced in pounds before VAT and sold the Nord way: Teams at £1.99 a user on a one-year term (£2.49 monthly) in ten-user packs, Business at £3.99 with a five-seat floor, XChaCha20 encryption, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 and a Cure53 audit, passkeys, an authenticator and email masking, 24/7 live support and a Trustpilot 4.0 on 2,064 invited reviews. Missing: any CLI, API, MCP server or open-source code, and a clear statement of which company you contract with.

Zoho VaultThe cheapest business tier here and the most generous free plan: unlimited passwords, passkeys and devices for nothing, with passkey and YubiKey unlock and a built-in authenticator; Professional at £3.13 a user with folder sharing, a CLI and break-glass access; Enterprise at £6.30 with SSO; monthly billing on every tier. The gaps: SSO only at Enterprise with a five-seat floor, no published audit, no MCP server, and a data centre assigned by signup region with no UK option confirmed.

RoboFormThe 1999 veteran from Fairfax, Virginia, with the simplest business deal on this page: £2.66 a user a month with SSO and SCIM included, a million-round PBKDF2 master key, passkeys that unlock the vault, a TOTP authenticator, hardware-key support, a 2025 penetration test and a Trustpilot 4.6. Also: US-only data storage, no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 found, no CLI, API or MCP server, and annual billing only.

DashlaneThe polished consumer product that has rebuilt itself as "Omnix" for business: vaults hosted in Dublin with backups in Frankfurt, a French entity as GDPR controller, Confidential SSO in AWS Nitro enclaves, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, an open-source CLI, a read-only API and an MCP server for audit logs. The reasons it is mid-table: dollar pricing only, the vault half of the product at $8 a user on annual billing, no free plan any more, no desktop app, a 30-day cancellation notice that trips people up, and a Trustpilot 2.8 on 6,127 reviews.

EnpassThe password manager with no vault server: your encrypted vault syncs through your own iCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or WebDAV, and the business tier keeps it inside your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenancy. Business is £1.58 a user a month with SSO, SCIM, dark-web monitoring and an MCP server included, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II are claimed, and one-time licences exist for individuals. What is thin: the auditor is unnamed, there is no CLI or API, the reviews are few, and the company details are hard to pin down.

PassboltThe European open-source team vault: Luxembourg company, AGPL code including the paid edition since August 2026, self-hosted for free with unlimited users or cloud-hosted in Belgium and Germany from $5.40 a user, a sovereign Luxembourg tier at $8, four Cure53 audits and a public incident log going back to 2017. Built for organisations only: no personal or family plan, a ten-seat minimum on paid tiers, no pound pricing, no passkeys, and not a single Trustpilot review.

LastPassStill one of the most used password managers and the one with the record: encrypted vaults stolen in 2022 and disclosed at Christmas, master-password defaults weak enough that around $35 million in cryptocurrency has since been traced to cracked vaults, a £1.2 million ICO fine in December 2025 for 1.6 million UK users, and a June 2026 supply-chain breach of its customer database. Pound pricing, Teams at £3.83 a user, passkeys and an authenticator on every plan; ISO 27001 and SOC 2 since; Trustpilot 1.4 on 930 reviews.
