1. Who we are

Next Generation ICT LTD (trading as "Saaskly"), company number 08641452, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, is the data controller for personal data collected through saaskly.com. Data protection contact: help@saaskly.com. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (organisation name: Next Generation Ict Ltd; registration reference ZA930877).

2. Scope

This policy covers this Website only. It does not cover vendor websites you reach by following links from Saaskly, or our sister brand Fractional Teams, which has its own policy.

3. What we collect, and why

We collect very little. Saaskly has no user accounts at launch and no sign-up.

  • Server logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referrer, timestamps. Collected on every visit for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. Kept for 30 days.
  • Affiliate click records — the link clicked, the page you came from, the timestamp, and a one-way hash of your IP address (we do not store the IP itself). Collected when you click an outbound affiliate link (/go/…) so that we can be paid commission and detect click fraud. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. Kept for 13 months.
  • Contact details and your message — if you email us. Used to reply to you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request. Kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then 24 months.
  • Advertising identifiers and cookies set by Google AdSense — see the Cookie Policy. Only after you consent, where consent is required; used to serve and measure ads. Lawful basis: consent (UK and EEA), legitimate interests elsewhere. Retention per Google's policies.
  • Vendor account data (name, work email, company, role) — if and when the vendor portal launches, to verify that you represent the vendor and manage your contributions. Lawful basis: contract and legitimate interests. Kept for the life of the account plus 12 months.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

See our Cookie Policy for the list. In short: strictly necessary cookies only, plus advertising cookies if you consent via the consent banner. We do not run analytics at launch.

5. Who we share data with

  • Service providers who host and run the Website for us: Vultr (hosting, CDN and backups — servers in London, United Kingdom), Namecheap (domain and DNS), and email providers for correspondence.
  • Google (AdSense) for advertising, where you have consented — Google is an independent controller for the data its cookies collect; see Google's privacy policy.
  • Affiliate networks and vendors receive the fact that a click came from Saaskly via the tracking link; they do not receive personal data from us.
  • Professional advisers, insurers and authorities where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
  • A buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganised, under the same policy.

6. International transfers

Our hosting is in the UK. Some providers (for example Google) process data outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.

7. Security

We use TLS encryption, access controls, and a CDN with DDoS protection. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect a breach, contact help@saaskly.com.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Backups are retained for 30 days and then overwritten.

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR (and EU GDPR for visitors in the EEA) you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, or to receive it in a portable form; and you may withdraw consent at any time (including for advertising cookies, via "Cookie settings" in the footer). Write to help@saaskly.com. We respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, in the EEA, your local supervisory authority.

10. Children

The Website is for business users and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the Website.
