Vendor Contributor Terms

Last updated: 29 August 2026. Version 1 — interim terms pending legal review; we will notify registered vendors of material changes.

These terms apply to anyone who registers a vendor account on Saaskly (saaskly.com) or submits a contribution through the vendor portal. They sit alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Editorial Policy. The site is operated by Next Generation ICT LTD (trading as "Saaskly"), company number 08641452, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. "You" means the vendor organisation you represent and the individual acting for it.

1. Who can contribute

You may register only with a work email address on the vendor's own domain (or a domain we have approved for that vendor). By registering you confirm that you work for the vendor named on the account and are authorised to speak for it about its products. We may suspend or close an account at any time if that stops being true, if contributions are inaccurate or misleading, or if the account is misused.

2. What you can submit

Through the portal you can send us corrections to facts on a listing, pricing updates, offers of an affiliate or referral link, offers of a link exchange, and links to collateral (documentation, comparison sheets, case studies). Everything is submitted by link or text; we do not accept file uploads from vendors. We may add or remove submission types at any time.

2a. Requesting a new listing

If your product is not yet reviewed, you may request a listing when you register. A request is an invitation to our editors, nothing more: it is not a guarantee of a listing now or in the future, we do not promise a timescale, and whether, when and how we review a product — including which category it sits in and whether a proposed new category is created — is an editorial decision. We may decline without giving reasons. Repeated requests for the same product or from the same domain within a short period, and requests that misrepresent who you are, result in the domain being barred from future requests. Nothing you offer or pay changes that decision or any score.

3. Accuracy and authority

For every contribution you warrant that, to the best of your knowledge, it is accurate and current; that you are authorised to provide it; that it does not infringe anyone's rights or breach a confidentiality obligation; and that it contains no personal data beyond your own contact details. Prices you give us must be the prices a new customer can actually pay, on the term you state — if a price needs an annual commitment, say so.

4. What we may do with a contribution — licence

You grant Next Generation ICT LTD (trading as "Saaskly"), company number 08641452, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, translate, summarise and publish the contribution, and any material at the links you provide, on saaskly.com, in our Markdown mirrors, API and MCP server, in our marketing of the site, and in any successor to any of these. We may edit contributions for length, clarity, style and accuracy and may combine them with our own material. Where the law allows, you waive moral rights in the contribution so far as needed for these uses. You keep ownership of your material and your trade marks; we make no claim to them. Vendor logos are used only under the logo policy in our Editorial Policy.

5. Editorial control

We decide whether, when and how to publish any contribution. We may decline it, publish part of it, or publish it with our own commentary. Nothing you submit, offer or pay for changes a Saaskly score, ranking, verdict or "winner". Accepted factual corrections earn a dated "Vendor-confirmed" label on the listing; that label describes provenance and is not an endorsement.

6. Affiliate links, link exchanges and collateral

An offer of an affiliate or referral link, or of a link exchange, is an invitation to us; it becomes binding only when we accept it in writing (an "Accepted" status in the portal with an editor response counts). Affiliate relationships and link exchanges are disclosed on the pages they touch, links carry the attributes our Editorial Policy requires, and neither affects scores or rankings. We may withdraw a link at any time. Links to collateral are checked before use; we may link to, quote from or summarise collateral, always attributed to you. No payment is due from either party for contributions unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

7. Removing a contribution

You may ask us to stop using a contribution by emailing help@saaskly.com. We will remove or replace vendor-supplied material within a reasonable time, except that we may keep it where it has been incorporated into our own editorial content, is needed to keep a published statement accurate, or is required for our records. Our own editorial content about your product stays ours and stays published regardless.

8. Personal data

We process the account holder's name, work email, job title and submission history to run the portal, to verify authority, and to correspond with you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in accurate listings and, for the account itself, performance of these terms. Details, retention periods and your rights are in our Privacy Policy. Submission emails may be sent by our email provider on our behalf.

9. Liability

We provide the portal as-is and may change or withdraw it at any time. We are not liable for any loss arising from a contribution being edited, declined, delayed or removed, from a link being withdrawn, or from the content of a listing that reflects your contribution. You are responsible for loss we suffer from a contribution that breaches section 3. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If a term is found unenforceable the rest remain in force. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published at this address, and continued use of the portal after a change is acceptance of it. Questions: help@saaskly.com.
