Vista Social
The agency-shaped scheduler from New York: 15 profiles and two users on the $79 Professional plan ($63.17 a month on annual billing), single and multi-stage approvals, white-label reporting on Scale, a unified inbox, competitor reports and, unusually, MCP connectors on every paid plan so an AI assistant can publish, approve and report. What to know: USD only, full X publishing is a $29 add-on per account, extra profiles are quote-priced, and Trustpilot shows a guideline-breach notice in place of a score.
How we testVista Social LLC is a New York company founded in 2022 that describes itself as a deliberately small remote team and claims 30,000 brands and agencies and 3.4 million connected profiles. No investor, parent or founder is named on its site; it holds SOC 2 Type II by its own account and hosts everything on AWS in the United States. We found no Russian or Chinese link in the ownership or the processing it discloses.
Prices are in US dollars with no pound or euro option, read on 9 September 2026. Professional is $79 a month or $63.17 a month on annual billing ($758 a year) for 15 profiles, two users and 10,000 inbox contacts; Advanced is $149 or $119.17 for 30 profiles and four users; Scale is $349 or $303.17 for 70 profiles, eight users and white-label setup; Enterprise is quote-only with unlimited profiles, single sign-on and data migration. A profile is one account on one network, and LinkedIn Company Pages count. Scheduling is unlimited on every plan, the trial is 14 days with no card, there is no free plan, and monthly billing costs about 25 per cent more than annual on the two lower tiers. Full X functionality is a $29 a month add-on per account, listening is $75 to $250 a month, employee advocacy $199 for 25 people, and extra profiles and users are "customizable", which means quote-priced. Annual plans need 30 days' notice before renewal and fees are non-refundable.
The product is built for agencies and multi-client teams: single and multi-stage approval workflows, client profile connection, a shared inbox, competitor reports, review management and a reporting set that runs to sentiment and industry benchmarks. Networks covered: Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn profiles and pages, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat and YouTube; we found no Google Business Profile publishing. The distinctive piece is Ask Vista with MCP connectors, live on every paid plan, which exposes publishing, approvals, inbox, reports and listening to Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity and connects onward to Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Linear and HubSpot. Zapier, Make and Looker Studio are listed; a public API exists behind them but we found no developer documentation.
Support is email only on Professional, with video calls from Advanced and priority handling on Scale; hours are not published. Trustpilot is the caution: 78 reviews, 79 per cent five-star and 17 per cent one-star, but Trustpilot displays "this company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines" in place of a score, and the dated one-star reviews from November 2025 to May 2026 are about billing increases without warning, a plan removed for inactivity and a missed support meeting. The status page shows no incidents and 100 per cent uptime for June to September 2026.
