Pipedrive (Pipedrive, Inc., founded in Tallinn in 2010, headquartered in New York since Vista Equity Partners took a majority stake in November 2020) does one thing, the sales pipeline, and does it without ceremony. Contacts are unlimited, every plan starts from one seat, the 14-day trial needs no card and lets you invite unlimited colleagues, and the vendor's own FAQ says implementation is free on any plan over $400 a year. In 2025 it consolidated five tiers into four: Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. Data residency is decided by where you sign up, not what you pay: UK signups land in London, EU signups in Frankfurt or Dublin, on every plan. Single sign-on is on all plans too, which is rarer than it should be in this category, and Pipedrive launched a native MCP server in 2026 that connects Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor to the pipeline through OAuth with an audit trail. ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified, SOC 2 and SOC 3 renewed.

Prices in GBP, ex VAT, read 8 September 2026. Lite is £14 a seat a month on annual commitment or £24 paid monthly, and it is a starter in the honest sense: basic email integration only, no automations, no sequences, no forecasting. Growth, at £39 annual or £49 monthly, is the tier a 10-seat team needs: full two-way Gmail and Outlook sync with tracking, 50 automations and 5 sequences per company, forecast reporting, the meeting scheduler. Premium (£59 / £79) adds 150 automations, 25 sequences, multiple synced mailboxes, teams, and bundles the LeadBooster and Smart Docs add-ons that Lite and Growth pay for separately (from £32.50 a month each); Ultimate (£79 / £99) adds security rules, enrichment and extended phone support. Email marketing is never included: the Campaigns add-on is always extra, from £13.33 a month, priced by subscriber count. There are no custom objects on any plan. The terms (section 6.1) let Pipedrive change fees on at least one month's notice, effective at the next renewal date; subscriptions auto-renew and a cancellation takes effect at the next renewal.

Trustpilot is 4.4 on 3,447 unprompted reviews (77% five-star, 6% one-star); the one-star themes in August 2026 are interface churn, chat support responsiveness, cancelled onboarding calls and cancellation difficulty. Capterra 4.5 on 3,058. Support is email and live chat 24/7 on every plan, with phone support on Premium and Ultimate in European hours. It ranks second because it is a sales tool, not a platform: marketing automation, forms, chat and documents are add-ons or higher tiers, and there is no service desk. For a team whose problem is the pipeline, it is the cleanest buy here.

*Real tier: the plan a 10-seat business with a pipeline, email sequences, basic automation and reporting actually needs, because CRM entry tiers are deliberately thin. Prices are per user per month on annual commitment, as shown to a UK visitor on the research date, in the currency the vendor bills UK customers in; see each profile for the VAT basis and for what the entry tier leaves out.

**Renewal terms: what the vendor's published customer terms allow it to do to your price when an annual contract renews. "Fixed" means the terms contain no uplift clause; "capped" means an increase is allowed up to a stated percentage; "uncapped" means the vendor may set a new price on notice. Read with the profile, which quotes the clause.
