monday CRM
monday.com's CRM product: boards, automations and dashboards a team will actually enjoy, sequences and mass email on the £24 Pro tier, quotes on every plan, official MCP servers, and three things to know first: a three-seat minimum sold in blocks of five, no mobile app on Basic, and a Trustpilot score of 2.2.
How we testmonday CRM (monday.com Ltd, Tel Aviv, NASDAQ-listed since June 2021) is the sales product of a work-management platform, and it inherits the platform's strengths: a board model people learn in an hour, no-code automations, dashboards that look like the ones in the demo. Prices in GBP, ex tax, read 8 September 2026. Basic is £10 a seat a month on annual commitment or £13 monthly (1,000 contacts and deals, one dashboard, 20 quotes and invoices a month, no mobile app). Standard (£14 / £18) adds the iOS and Android apps, 10,000 records and 250 automation actions a month. Pro, at £24 annual or £31 monthly, is the tier a 10-seat team needs, because email sequences and mass email exist only from Pro; it also lifts limits to 100,000 records, 50 dashboards and 25,000 automations a month. Ultimate (the renamed Enterprise tier) is quote-based and holds the security features: SSO, advanced permissions, audit rules, 24/7 priority support. Every tier includes AI credits, and monday ships two official MCP servers (a platform API server and an apps server). SOC 2, ISO 27001, 27017, 27018 and 27701 are certified.
The seat rule changes the price for a small team. The live seat selector offers 3, 5, 10, 15 or 20 seats: a six-person team buys ten. Two contract clauses pull in opposite directions: section 8.9 says an annual plan renews "at the same price", "unless otherwise notified", and section 8.3 reserves the right "to change the Fees at any time, upon notice", so the same-price promise is thinner than it reads. Cancellation of an annual plan needs 30 days' notice before expiry. Data residency is an EU region in Germany, available to Standard and Pro accounts created since January 2023, but only Ultimate gets fully EU-only processing; on the lower tiers data "may also be processed in the United States". No UK region exists.
Trustpilot is 2.2 on 3,430 reviews, confirmed in a UK browser on 8 September 2026. The historical star split is 71% five-star, but Trustpilot weights recent reviews and the company has no recent history of inviting them, so the score reflects what unprompted customers have said lately: a five-week outage with no support response, an AI notetaker still joining calls after cancellation, tasks vanishing after updates, and a request to sign a liability waiver to cancel. G2 (4.5 on 1,624) and Capterra (4.7 on 466) are much warmer. The company cut about 20% of its staff in July 2026 in what it called an AI-first restructuring. It ranks mid-table: the product is likeable and capable at £24, and the seat blocks, the tier gating and the support record are the price of it.

*Real tier: the plan a 10-seat business with a pipeline, email sequences, basic automation and reporting actually needs, because CRM entry tiers are deliberately thin. Prices are per user per month on annual commitment, as shown to a UK visitor on the research date, in the currency the vendor bills UK customers in; see each profile for the VAT basis and for what the entry tier leaves out.
**Renewal terms: what the vendor's published customer terms allow it to do to your price when an annual contract renews. "Fixed" means the terms contain no uplift clause; "capped" means an increase is allowed up to a stated percentage; "uncapped" means the vendor may set a new price on notice. Read with the profile, which quotes the clause.
