Less Annoying CRM
One price, one feature set, no tiers, no contracts: $15 a user a month has changed exactly twice since 2009, phone support is included even during the trial, and the trade is a deliberately narrow product with no sequences, no marketing automation, no AI, US-only hosting and a bill in dollars.
How we testLess Annoying CRM (St. Louis, Missouri, founded 2009 by brothers Tyler and Bracken King, family-owned, no outside investors, about 19 staff) is the Mullvad of this comparison: it sells one thing at one price and refuses to play the tier game. The pricing page says it in full: "No tiers. No contracts. No features locked behind upgrades. Just one price that includes everything." That price is $15 a user a month, billed monthly in US dollars with no annual option and no GBP shown (a 2024 blog post quoted £14 for UK customers, which the pricing page does not repeat; confirm at checkout). Unlimited contacts, unlimited pipelines each with its own report, unlimited custom fields, 25 GB of storage a user, a 30-day trial with no card, and phone and email support that are free "even if you're not a paying customer yet". You cancel from the settings page with no notice period.
The price history is the product's best argument. It was $10 from 2009 until 22 July 2020, when new customers moved to $15 and existing customers were kept at $10 "indefinitely"; the legacy rate finally ended on 22 July 2024, four years later, after what the company says was $3 million of collective savings, with a stated aim of not raising prices again "for at least another decade". The only contractual protection is the terms' 30 days' notice of any price change, but the record of using it is better than anyone else's here. Two-factor authentication, a public API with webhooks, Zapier, Google and Outlook calendar sync and iOS and Android apps are in place; a HIPAA agreement is available.
The trade is the feature set. There are no email sequences, no marketing automation, no forms or landing pages, no built-in calling, no service desk, no custom dashboards and no AI: email marketing is Mailchimp via integration, calling is JustCall or similar, automation is Zapier. Email logging is by BCC and contact sync rather than a full inbox sync. Data is hosted on AWS in Virginia with no EU option, covered by the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, and the CEO is named as the person responsible for GDPR. Phone support runs 9am to 4:30pm US Central, which is a UK afternoon and evening. No SOC 2 or ISO 27001 was found, and no MCP server exists (only third-party wrappers). Reviews are unusually strong where the sample is large: G2 4.9 on around 650 reviews, Capterra 4.8 on 613; Trustpilot has eight (4.3). For a small team that wants contacts, pipelines and a human on the phone, and is happy to bolt marketing on elsewhere, it is the most honest deal in the category. It is not a platform, and this profile does not pretend it is.

*Real tier: the plan a 10-seat business with a pipeline, email sequences, basic automation and reporting actually needs, because CRM entry tiers are deliberately thin. Prices are per user per month on annual commitment, as shown to a UK visitor on the research date, in the currency the vendor bills UK customers in; see each profile for the VAT basis and for what the entry tier leaves out.
**Renewal terms: what the vendor's published customer terms allow it to do to your price when an annual contract renews. "Fixed" means the terms contain no uplift clause; "capped" means an increase is allowed up to a stated percentage; "uncapped" means the vendor may set a new price on notice. Read with the profile, which quotes the clause.
