folk
A lightweight relationship CRM built for agencies and consultancies that sell through people they know: a Chrome extension that lifts contacts from LinkedIn, campaigns and an MCP server on every plan, sequences and dashboards on the $48 Premium tier, and three honest caveats: no GBP pricing, US-only hosting, and terms with no price-change clause at all.
How we testfolk (Folk, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a Paris-based team, built inside the eFounders studio, seed-funded by Accel) is the CRM for a business whose pipeline is a network rather than a funnel. The folkX Chrome extension captures people and companies from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, Gmail, Google Meet, WhatsApp and Instagram in one click, enriches them, and drops them into groups and pipelines. Email campaigns run from every plan, five AI assistants (magic fields, research, workflow, follow-up and recap) are included with monthly caps, Zapier and Make are on every plan, and so is folk's own hosted MCP server, which gives Claude and ChatGPT read and write access to the workspace through OAuth. It is quick to like and quick to set up.
Prices are shown in US dollars or euros only; a UK visitor is not offered GBP. Standard is $24 a member a month on annual commitment or $30 monthly, with one synced mailbox per member and 2,000 messages a month, but no sequences, no custom objects or deals, no dashboards and no API. Premium, at $48 annual or $60 monthly, is the tier a 10-seat team needs: sequences, custom objects, dashboards, five synced accounts a member, the REST API. Enterprise starts at $80 / $100 with group permissions, priority support and one-to-one onboarding. There is no free plan, only a 14-day full-featured trial without a card. The Terms of Use say a subscription renews "under the same conditions as the prior Paid Plan" and that fees are non-refundable, and say nothing at all about notice of a price change, which is unusual and leaves the buyer without the 30-day promise most rivals make. Data is hosted on AWS in Virginia with no EU or UK option; transfers rely on the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. SOC 2 Type 1 is certified, Type 2 in progress; two-factor authentication is in place; single sign-on is Google login, with SAML unconfirmed even on Enterprise. There is no phone support, and no published support hours.
Reviews are good and small: Trustpilot 4.1 on 21 (no one-star reviews; two-star themes of silent onboarding and duplicate detection), G2 4.5 on 339, Capterra 4.5 on 46. It ranks ninth on the buyer persona rather than the product: a UK company that must keep customer data in region, wants to be billed in pounds and wants a clause it can hold the vendor to will look elsewhere. An agency that lives in LinkedIn and Gmail will love it.

*Real tier: the plan a 10-seat business with a pipeline, email sequences, basic automation and reporting actually needs, because CRM entry tiers are deliberately thin. Prices are per user per month on annual commitment, as shown to a UK visitor on the research date, in the currency the vendor bills UK customers in; see each profile for the VAT basis and for what the entry tier leaves out.
**Renewal terms: what the vendor's published customer terms allow it to do to your price when an annual contract renews. "Fixed" means the terms contain no uplift clause; "capped" means an increase is allowed up to a stated percentage; "uncapped" means the vendor may set a new price on notice. Read with the profile, which quotes the clause.
