Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
The CRM for a Microsoft 365 estate: Sales Professional at £50 a user, Sales Enterprise at £80.70 for the sequences and customisation a team needs, all annual-only, SSO and audit included through Entra ID, official MCP servers, and a buying reality that is partner-led, with UK-only data residency depending on a separate Microsoft 365 add-on.
How we testDynamics 365 Sales (Microsoft Corporation, Redmond, NASDAQ-listed) is the natural choice for a company that already lives in Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, because it runs on the same identity and admin fabric: single sign-on and multi-factor authentication through Entra ID on every tier, licences bought in the Microsoft 365 admin centre, the Outlook app and Teams calling integrated, Power BI for reporting and Power Automate for workflows (both needing their own licences for anything beyond the basics). Quotes, orders and invoices are built in on every tier. Microsoft ships an official Dataverse MCP server (generally available 15 December 2025) and a Dynamics 365 Sales MCP server; at the time of reading, the Sales one did not support Claude Desktop while the Dataverse one did.
Prices in GBP, ex VAT, on the UK page, read 8 September 2026 and confirmed in a UK browser: every tier is listed "per user/month, paid yearly", with no month-to-month price anywhere on the page. Sales Professional is £50 a user a month for core automation, Outlook interoperation and dashboards, with a fixed entity set and limited customisation. Sales Enterprise, at £80.70, is the tier a 10-seat team needs, because sequences (the sales accelerator, 1,500 connected records a month), predictive scoring, custom tables and the Copilot capabilities live there. Sales Premium is £115.30 with 1,000 Copilot Credits a user a month. Relationship Sales, which bundles LinkedIn Sales Navigator, is quote-only with a 10-seat minimum. The full Sales agent experience across Outlook and Teams needs a separate Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on licence on top. Microsoft charges no onboarding fee; the partner who implements it does, and Microsoft's own buying guidance points prospective buyers to a partner. List prices rose in October 2024 (Sales Enterprise from $95 to $105 in the US, applied "upon renewal" to existing customers); the only verbatim renewal clause this research found governs the post-expiry extended term, at the then-current price plus 3%. Subscriptions bought directly auto-renew unless recurring billing is switched off, with a seven-day self-service cancellation window; negotiated deals follow their order terms.
Data residency has a catch a UK buyer should read twice. Choosing the "Europe and United Kingdom" macro-region at setup lets Microsoft place the environment in any in-region data centre, which may be in Germany or Italy; pinning data to the UK needs the Advanced Data Residency add-on, a Microsoft 365 licence that must cover 100% of the tenant's eligible seats. There is no Dynamics-specific Trustpilot listing (the generic Microsoft consumer page is not relevant here); G2 gives Dynamics 365 Sales 3.8 on 1,606 reviews. It ranks tenth because, like Salesforce, it is priced, contracted and implemented for a different size of company, and a 10-seat business gets less of it working on its own than any other product here except Odoo.

*Real tier: the plan a 10-seat business with a pipeline, email sequences, basic automation and reporting actually needs, because CRM entry tiers are deliberately thin. Prices are per user per month on annual commitment, as shown to a UK visitor on the research date, in the currency the vendor bills UK customers in; see each profile for the VAT basis and for what the entry tier leaves out.
**Renewal terms: what the vendor's published customer terms allow it to do to your price when an annual contract renews. "Fixed" means the terms contain no uplift clause; "capped" means an increase is allowed up to a stated percentage; "uncapped" means the vendor may set a new price on notice. Read with the profile, which quotes the clause.
