## Our review

Planable (founded 2016 in Bucharest/Chișinău, Delaware-registered, acquired by SE Ranking on 4 August 2025) is built around collaboration: every plan has unlimited users, and approvals run from none through optional, required and multi-level, with guest approvers who need no account, annotations and Slack/email notifications. This is the agency-and-client workflow the others approximate. It covers Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn pages and profiles, X, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and Threads (no Bluesky or Mastodon), with AI caption and reply generation and "Brand Context" tone settings.

Pricing is USD, per workspace: Free (4 pages, 50 posts lifetime), Basic $33 annual / ~$39 monthly for 60 posts a month, Pro $49 / ~$59 for 150 posts, 10 pages, public API and an MCP connector; Enterprise for multi-level approvals and SSO. Analytics ($12–14) and the social inbox ($7.50–9) are per-workspace add-ons on every tier (no plan includes them), and competitor tracking is Facebook/Instagram only. Trustpilot is 4.4/5 on 71 reviews, but the recent ones say what our own experience says: "every feature is now paid separately".

**First-party: Planable was a great solution when we ran it, and SE Ranking with Planable was an excellent combination. Since the acquisition its pricing, renewals and general commercial strategy have become a mess. The combined company appears to have lost its way and, right now, not to care much about existing customers. That, not the product, is why it isn't higher.**
