Hootsuite (Vancouver, founded 2008, private, ~900 staff; founder Ryan Holmes returned as interim CEO in April 2026) remains the broadest platform for mid-size and enterprise teams: unlimited scheduling, a unified inbox with WhatsApp, brand monitoring on every tier, Talkwalker-powered listening and the Parliament advocacy product on Enterprise, and since June 2026 the "Wisdom" AI agent plus official MCP connectors for publishing, inbox and listening that let ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude query Hootsuite data. Networks: Facebook pages and groups, Instagram, X, LinkedIn pages and profiles, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky (publish and listen) and Google Business Profile reviews.

Pricing is per user in USD: Standard $99 a month on annual billing (10 accounts; ~$149 monthly, unconfirmed: the vendor doesn't print monthly rates), Professional $199 (~$299), Advanced $399 (~$499), and approval workflows only arrive on Advanced, which is $4,788 a year per user. 14-day trial. Trustpilot is 1.3/5 on 554 reviews with 69% one-star: accounts closed years ago still being charged, post-trial charges after cancellation, unresponsive support.
